We will be having our usual Easter Egg competition where children will use their creativity to decorate a hard boiled egg. Children will need to bring a hard boiled egg into school on Monday 1 April. It might be handy for them to bring a spare too – they have been known to roll off the table! Parents/carers are welcome to join in the Easter fun too! If you would like to decorate an egg and enter the competition, please send your creations into school by Wednesday 3 April. Prizes will be awarded in achievement assembly on Friday 5 April.
We hope the children (and you) are enjoying the Easter Egg Challenge and are finding different things to put in your egg. We are really looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Even the school staff are having a go! There will be an Easter chocolate hamper for the person who has the most different things in the egg and also for the person who raises the most money. Please send the egg, list and sponsorship form with money to school by Friday 29 March 2019. Thank you for your continued support. Good luck everyone.
Thank you to everyone who supported our non -uniform day and sent in a donation for Red Nose Day. We raised £168 for Comic Relief. We also sold 320 red noses. A big well done to you all.

The children, staff and volunteers had a brilliant time at the pantomime and it was great to see them laughing and enjoying themselves. The children were so well behaved and represented our school brilliantly. We had lots of compliments from members of the public. We were very proud of the children.
Well done to the Year 5A Giraffes (Miss Atkinson’s class) who had the best attendance in the Autumn Term. They celebrated at the end of term with a pizza party and film afternoon. A huge well done to them. The race is now on for the Spring Term!
